If this is true, then the "Troy" mentioned may be Troy Patrick Farrell. He's a hard rock drummer who is very well known in the LA area and is friends with Dizzy. Here is a short write up about him:

Expect to hear some old fav’s, a couple of new ones and maybe a Dizzy Reed solo song here or there. For the rest of the run, we have Quiet Riot’s Alex Grossi,Scotty Griffin, Dizzy Reed of Guns N- Roses as well as Chad MacDonald of Jani Lane’s current band."

Only Troy that I know of that i can associate with Axl and Dizzy. But if this is true, what does this say about the new G N' R? Could this be a whole new revamped band. Could the other two guys be Duff and Izzy? Could there be a big announcement coming? Or is this all just more bs? Stay tuned.

Cool if GNR is coming to India, but I am sure it’s not going to happen in India at least. And if it happens I am sure they as well as we will have a great time there. But I don’t think if they turn up to India they will come to stage to perform. The band has so much of bad attitude that ones there was no towel backstage so axl dint go to stag. One of the another Sean where in download the bassist Tommy Stinson of the band was un happy with crowd because which he Stinson threw his bass, accidentally hitting one of the cameramen, and left the stage in middle of the song and walk off. Later he came back asked apologized to the crowd. This happened Download 2006. And because of the the procure from festival promoters he came back.

now tell me who will take this kind of risk.

And its not guns n' roses coming to india its AXL and friends.
