i just herd the song scraped. its the song with the verse goes "dont you try and stop us now" then he says something "i just refuse then" the song starts with him saying" some times i feel like the world is on top of me" i wont say where i herd it and i promised myself i wouldnt listen to anymore leaked songs until i pick up my pre-order cd but dude it was right there and i had to take a hit. it was calling me lol. the song is real good kinda like i.r.s but a lilttle softer but not much. the quality sucked but it was the real deal.12 days and counting. good luck hunting haha

yo ny78ny. Lots of the people on this site have far more patience and respect for the material on the new cd than you obviously do. Many do not want to know how things start, end, break down, etc. Keep your thoughts and comments to yourself regarding the latest leaks... I for one am not interested in knowing more than I already know about this cd.

11 days from now, i will have my own listening-event. Not a one-night-only! i will listen to CD every day into the future.

My kids will get a big bag of candy and a map and a "send a postcard!" from me, and the lady in the house will get som money and the car-keys. Im going to be 32 next month. I have been a GNR fan since the very beginning. I can remember listening to them long before I had my drivers license etc.....I was listening to some GNR tonight while I was at the gym. Specifically I was listening to COMA. The last three minutes of that song are amazing. However, after hearing all but 2 songs off of Chinese Democracy, I can honestly say that if the "new" direction of music is what caused the band to break up, then so be it. The new stuff is just soooo much more complex than anything on AFD. Although the UYI's had some killer songs on it (dont get me wrong, Estranged & Locomotive are probably my all time 2 favorites), I just really feel that the majority of Chinese Democracy just blows everything else away - lyrically and musically. IMO, Rhiad & Shacklers are probably they only songs that could be considered "filler" material. Bottom line is that Axl Rose is the greatest front man ever! Why did this album take 15+ years? Honestly, I don't think the world would have been ready for it. I remember running out and buying the End of Days soundtrack for Oh My God. That was in 1999 and I will be the first to admit that I wasn't a huge fan. However, if you listen to it today, it's genious. Sounds weird, but I think Axl is just a step ahead of everyone else. Chinese Democracy starts soon!!!

Brandon, AC/DC did get to number one over here (Australia) as well as alot of other Metal/Rock bands this year.. Metallica, Slipknot, Disturbed and others I cant think of right now. Guns N Roses will have no problem, there shows last year sold out in record time..
