Axl will put out the CD part 2 first now and nothing we have heard yet will be on the first album that comes out. The one we just heard will come out in like 5 years now after everyone has forgot about it.

i won't hold my breath for it it seems to immenint i believe that a release date would be announced well in advance to get people talking, build up excitement etc

Wow.....another made up release date. How original. I doubt that this release date will happen. For example, Metallica has been promoting their new disc for about a month and a half so far, and it doesn't come out until September.

Ya but metallica actually have sense unlike Axl. He has totally screwed himself over when it comes to this album. Metallica has a whole site just about the new album and you can download the album at midnight the day it gets released. They are so much far beyond Axl its not even funny. Death Magnetic starts now.

I know you have probaly heard this a 1000 times, but death magnetic, get real, magnetic death would have been way better, probaly piss mustaine off as well.

who knows, maybe if CD comes out by the end of the summer, Metallica and GNR will renuite for another monster tour...maybe they can play Montreal as the first gig (if not Vancouver may want to give Axl a 2nd chance!)

G'day All !
I was browsing the net and noticed that an on-line CD shop called CD-WOW has listed Chinese Democracy in its catalogue and gives Sept 1st (This Year!) as the release date and even gives an album cover and provisional track listing. Is this credible?? I emailed them and they replied that this is going on their suppliers information???

Well, who knows? As I recall it the album is done. They were negotiating the release. It could be for real. If it is, we should hear about it soon, because this date is not even two months away.

I wouldn't count on it though..

Everybody knows that if GNR release this year, it will be timed to the Olympic games in CHINA.

That's the only way they can get maximum marketing and buzz for this 13 years in the making record.

It if doesn't come out right before, during or right after the games...

It is not coming out this year.

That's my thought.
